The Crystal Angels website ("site") is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions, by using the Crystal Angels site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Crystal Angels site. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.

To register with Crystal Angels you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform Crystal Angels immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

Returns Policy & Instructions

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please contact Crystal Angels to arrange a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited by Crystal Angels. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order, a photograph of the damaged items would be valuable.

In order to return goods to Crystal Angels you will need:

• A return label located on the despatch note and stick it over your address on the envelope we sent to you.
• Pack the unsuitable items back in their original packaging. 
• Please complete the Crystal Angels returns form included with your order and return the package to our address. 
• Don't forget to remove the previously used Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery label from the front of the parcel. It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as Crystal Angels will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

Promotional Codes & Vouchers

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including our Sale periods. 

Cookies

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Crystal Angels use cookies to record session information by users of our site, record user-specific information on the pages the visitor selects for viewing and to retain the visitor's answer to our question regarding residency. Crystal Angels reserves the right to change the data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents in full or part at any time without notice.

Special Gift Cards

Should you require a gift card to be included for a recipient , then this can be added for a small fee.

Card Information

Cards come with an insert and envelope, Crystal Angels  are willing to add extra wording if required.  Please contact us if you wish to have extra information added to either the front of the design or the insert.

Payment Information

Crystal Angels accept Paypal, cash and personal cheque. You may sign up for a Paypal account via this payment link.

If you would rather use personal cheque, please contact us using the contact us link on your account page or on the home page. Crystal Angels will be happy to provide the details of where to send the payment. Crystal Angels aim to despatch all orders within 14 working days for those using cheques to pay Crystal Angels.  This will depend on any special request made.

Crystal Angels endeavour to see that you are delighted with your order. In the unlikely event your order does not arrive in the condition described on the site please contact us within 7 days and Crystal Angels will be happy to either replace or refund any faulty items.
